Job Description
As a Sales Manager at Suave Solutions, you will be responsible for B2B sales and expanding our customer base. The manager will play a key role in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
Initial Plan of Work:
- Learn and Listen: Take the time to learn about your new role and responsibilities. Listen carefully to your colleagues and managers to understand their expectations and the company's dynamics.
- Goal: Increase sales figures by enhancing sales techniques and client engagement.
- Objectives: Develop a deeper understanding of the services, improve client interaction skills, and increase sales numbers by 20%-25%.
- Actions: Attend service-knowledge meetups, shadow a top-performing sales colleague, and implement new sales strategies.
- Metrics: Sales figures, client satisfaction surveys, and feedback from the sales team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and execute strategic plans aimed at growing the sales.
- Analyze USA market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- B2B Life cycle analysis and implementation.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals
- Review the performance of the team, identify training needs, and plan training sessions.
- Prepare reports on sales statistics, rates, and performance levels.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Generate leads and maintain efficient relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline the tasks and ensure prompt delivery to clients.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions can address them
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of minimum 5+ years in international sales.
- Strong understanding of USA market dynamics and trends.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Superb leadership and team management ability
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven success rate at levels above sales KPIs
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
- Familiar with Microsoft technologies, CRM, various Databases, analysis, and project management techniques.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales management tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
