Job Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the IT and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sectors. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with potential clients The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT and BPO services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with successful campaigns of B2B sales.
- Uncover new sales opportunities evaluating businesses and trends.
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Schedule business meetings with potential clients.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through emails and networking.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections
- Collaborate with team members for efficient completion of client’s requirements.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of minimum 3+ years in international sales as a sales executive.
- Proven record of meeting the sales targets
- Good understanding of USA market dynamics and trends.
- Working in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment, who is technologically savvy and organized.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
- familiar with Microsoft technologies, CRM, various Databases, analysis and project management techniques.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales management tools is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Superb team coordination ability
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven success rate at levels above sales KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
