Job Description
Suave is looking for a 3D Artist/Designer to create assets to be used within our life science metaverse application. The 3D Artist/Designer will collaborate with the creative director and development team to create high-quality 3D assets. The candidate will create art assets from start to finish and have a direct impact on contributing to game design / overall project direction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely delivery of services and solutions with professionalism and quality at all times.
- Responsible for the creative process at different stages, such as conceptualization storyboarding, editing, key-framing, and typography.
- Work with the lead designer and design team in supporting design implementation.
- Work closely with the project team.
- Have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.
- Transform creative ideas into functional design concepts based on given briefs and ensure that it is in line with clients’ objectives.
- Work closely with the content developer to formulate storylines for visitors’ experiences.
- Targeted research, creative concepts, and design proposals with storytelling and content planning for exhibitions, events, galleries, and museums.
- Provide space planning and design conceptualization.
- Prepare layout plans, perspective drawings, elevation plans, and dimensional drawings.
- Conceptualize and sketch graphics designs based on requirements/specifications.
- Prepare design documentation and material selections.
- Develop and execute ideas from conceptualization to the production stage.
Requirements
- Portfolios are requested.
- 3 years of experience in 3D asset generation
- Expertise in 3D and 2D software suites such as 3DSMax, Maya, Blender, or ZBrush
- Experience working in the game industry is a plus point.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Digital Art, Game Art & Design or equivalent and/or equivalent work experience
