Job Description
Suave Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a high-performing and persuasive Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into long-term clients in the US market. You’ll work closely with our pre-sales and lead generation team, conduct product demos, negotiate deals, and close contracts for our software development and digital services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct virtual sales meetings with warm leads provided by the marketing and SDR teams.
- Understand client pain points and present tailored digital and software solutions.
- Deliver persuasive product/service demos and confidently handle objections.
- Drive the negotiation process, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to boost retention and referrals.
- Prepare reports on sales statistics, rates, and performance levels.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and contribute to the company’s growth in the US market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Closer or similar role, preferably in the US tech or software services market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work US business hours.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Experience selling mobile apps, web development, or custom software solutions.
- Prior exposure to outbound or consultative sales models.
