Job Description:
Suave Solutions is looking for an IT Specialist for our Lahore office. An IT Specialist, or IT Support Specialist, is in charge of setting up, managing and troubleshooting the technology systems, duties include responding to hardware problems, updating system software etc.
Responsibilities:
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems.
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
- Ensure internet connectivity is office.
- Check the emails for tickets generated
Skills Required:
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming.
- Basic knowledge of networking.
- Basic knowledge of firewall devices.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
Note:
- It is a 3rd shift timings are 3 pm - 12 am PST
- It will be a 6 days a week position from Mon - Sat. (Alternate)
